Codeplex’de Microsoft Dynamics CRM için yeni bir eklenti (accelerator) yayınlandı. Customer Care Accelerator isimli bu eklenti özellikle çağrı merkezleri gibi doğrudan müşteri verisi ile iş yapan birimler için geliştirilmiş. Eklentinin temel fonksiyonalitesi Microsoft Dynamics CRM’le birlikte müşteri verilerini barındıran diğer platformaları tek bir arayüz üzerinden gösterebilmek ve bu verileri birbirleriyle ilişkilendirebilmek.

Advanced Developer Extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, also referred to as Microsoft xRM, is a new set of tools included in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK that simplifies the development of Internet-enabled applications that interact with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. It uses well known ADO.NET technologies. This new toolkit makes it easy for you to build an agile, integrated Web solution!
Advanced Developer Extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM supports all Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment models: On-Premises, Internet-facing deployments (IFDs), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The SDK download contains everything you need to get started: binaries, tools, samples and documentation.
Authentication for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
We have added new authentication documentation and sample code for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online that does not require using certificates, making it easier for you to write code for your online solutions.
There are quite a few other updates in this version of the SDK package. Refer to the release history on the first page of the CHM for a complete list.

Bu paketle ilgili kritik bir not var. Crm client ve data migration’da güncelleme paketi yüklemek için öncelikle update rollup 7’nin kurulması gerekiyor.
Update Rollup 9 is cumulative. However, the Update Rollup 9 CRM Client and Data Migration Client packages require Update Rollup 7 to be installed. For all other CRM components you do not need to install any previous Update Rollups prior to Update Rollup 9
Bir önemli güncelleme de Internet Explorer 8 için mevcut. Bu güncelleme özellikle Microsoft CRM kullanıcılarına önerilmekte.
The Internet Explorer team released a cumulative update on 1/21/2010. This cumulative update is recommended for customers that use Microsoft CRM. It will resolve issues caused by the popup blocker when using the CRM Client. It will also help resolve formatting issues when using the CRM web client submenus in an Internet facing deployment.
